Manuals and Documentation

Active customers have access to detailed guides on integration, venue management and terminal set-up directly in the platform's admin panel.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: opraite.com/delete-account. You have 30 days to cancel the request. See what is erased and what is kept in the Privacy Policy.

Block or report a player

From another player's profile or a friend request, you can block the player, or report the player or their photo. Reports reach the club's administration. For anything else, write to support@opraite.com.
